Trash Can Eagle provides a waste management service, which includes the removal and return of trash and recycling bins on designated collection days. This service is provided weekly, either once or twice a week. Customers agree to remit payment monthly, in advance, for the services to be rendered. By engaging our services, you grant us permission to access your property for the purpose of handling your waste bins.
Access and Usage
By subscribing to Trash Can Eagle, you authorize our personnel to enter your property to manage your waste and recycling bins. It is your responsibility to ensure that our team can access the bins on the scheduled service day(s). If access is obstructed—such as by locked gates or pets—service will not be performed, and refunds or credits will not be issued.
Payment and Pricing
Customers agree to pay a monthly fee, plus applicable taxes based on the plan selected. Trash Can Eagle reserves the right to adjust this fee at its discretion. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you with at least two months’ notice, allowing you the option to discontinue the service if you disagree with the revised rate.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that pets are secured during service times. Trash Can Eagle disclaims any liability for damages resulting from vehicles colliding with waste bins.
Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Should any issues arise, customers are encouraged to report them within seven days for prompt resolution.
Amendments to Service
Trash Can Eagle reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. Additionally, we may revise these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. Continued use of our services after changes have been made implies acceptance of the revised terms.
For properties used as short-term rentals, Trash Can Eagle assumes no liability for any homeowner association fines related to trash can management. It is the customer’s responsibility to adhere to all relevant HOA regulations.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims related to Trash Can Eagle services are subject to binding arbitration. By using our services, you agree to this form of dispute resolution.
Disclaimer of Liability
Trash Can Eagle will not be held liable for any damage to waste or recycling bins or any damage resulting from acts of nature, fire, vandalism, misuse, or negligence. We are also not responsible for vehicle damage caused by collisions with bins.
Recurring Payment Terms
By agreeing to our services, you authorize recurring payments based on the selected plan (monthly, biannual, or annual). Your service will renew automatically at the end of each period selected in your payment plan. If you wish to discontinue, you must cancel according to the stipulated guidelines.
Payment Method Requirements
You must ensure sufficient funds are available for payment. In the event of a declined payment, we will attempt to process the charge daily for up to 10 consecutive days. If unsuccessful, attempts will continue for two additional months.
Payments, Payment Account, and Payment Method
By engaging with Trash Can Eagle’s services, you acknowledge and agree that the Payment Method specified by you for automated payments shall remain under your ownership and management. Automatic charges will be applied on the Billing Date according to your selected Payment Plan. Trash Can Eagle may utilize account updater services facilitated by your Payment Method issuer, such as your bank or credit card provider. Should there be any changes to your Payment Account number or expiration date, you consent to the issuer notifying Trash Can Eagle, enabling us to update your Payment Account information accordingly.
Payment Method Declined
Should any payment be declined, you authorize Trash Can Eagle to make daily attempts to charge your Payment Method for up to twenty consecutive days. If these attempts remain unsuccessful, and you are on a recurring Payment Plan, further authorization attempts will be made for two additional consecutive months.
Automatic Renewal
Your service with Trash Can Eagle will persist for the initial term selected under your Payment Plan. Upon completion of this term, the service will automatically renew for successive prepaid periods of identical duration unless you opt for cancellation beforehand. Your Payment Method will be automatically charged at the prevailing rates at the time of renewal.
Notification of Payments
Beyond the confirmation email detailing your Payment Plan selection, Trash Can Eagle may not provide additional email notifications for each payment processed. This confirmation email serves as the sole acknowledgment of payments under your Payment Plan, and you agree that Trash Can Eagle may not furnish advance notice prior to charging your Payment Method.
Current Information
You are responsible for ensuring that your Payment Method details and email address remain accurate and current throughout the duration of your Payment Plan.
Cancellation Policy
Either party may terminate the service with a minimum of one month’s notice. Cancellations must be submitted online or via email. Please note that fees are non-refundable, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused services within the billing cycle.
The cancellation of your Trash Can Eagle service shall become effective upon completion of the cancellation process. To avoid charges, cancellations must be executed on a business day, at least one month prior to the Billing Date, unless otherwise specified for special volume pricing agreements, which require a minimum of three months’ notice. Upon discontinuing a recurring Payment Plan, you must undertake actions to remit the necessary fees for continued service. Cancellation fees may be imposed for termination prior to the fulfillment of any minimum commitment period, with Trash Can Eagle reserving the right to waive these fees at its discretion. The non-enforcement of cancellation fees or other terms does not preclude their future enforcement.
Messaging Terms & Conditions
General
Upon opting into Trash Can Eagle’s messaging service, you will receive a confirmation message. By consenting to receive messages, you agree to the delivery of automated marketing and informational text messages to the mobile number provided during registration, or any other designated number.
Message frequency is subject to variation based on interactions with Trash Can Eagle, and we reserve the right to modify message frequency as deemed necessary. Changes to short codes or originating phone numbers may occur without prior notice.
Message and data rates may apply, and questions regarding your text or data plan should be directed to your wireless provider. Your consent to receive messages is not a precondition for purchasing services.
Carriers
Wireless carriers assume no liability for delays or non-delivery of messages.
Cancellation
You may opt-out at any time by sending “STOP” via SMS. Upon receipt, a confirmation message will be sent, and no further messages will be dispatched. To resume receiving messages, you may re-enroll as initially instructed.

Transfer of Number

Changes to Messaging Terms
